How  much to  take

In Canada health Canada mandates

that there can't be any more then 10mg of

THC in any given soft chew or chocolate package.  If you are looking for more, you should look to capsules, oils, sublingual tabs or sprays!

If you are trying edibles for the first time we suggest starting low and going slow.

2mg of THC is a good starting point.

Wait at least an hour before consuming

Sativa

VS.

Indica

Just like dry cannabis, the strain can
change the effect on your body.

Edibles are strain specific

Indica edibles are great for chilling or relaxing.  While providing te typical body high that is associated with Indica, these types of edibles are great for winding down.

Sativa edibles are great for a more social environment or when looking for that
little extra ounce of creativity.

THC

THC is responsible for the psychoactive high that is well known in cannabis.

THC effects everyone differently and some of the feelings can be unpleasant.  Starting off with a low dosage, allows the end user to control their "high"

When consumed responsibly, edibles can produce feelings of euphoria, creativity, relaxation, or pain relief.

Balanced

When THC and CBD work together, users tend to feel a more mellow, nuanced high than a THC-only high. When CBD is present, they also have a much lower chance of experiencing THC-induced paranoia. Cannabis newcomers are best off trying a combination of cannabinoids if the goal is to experience a noticeable, yet soothing high.

CBD

For a barley there, calm feeling CBD is

where it is at!

CBD is non intoxicating and won't give you that infamous "high" feeling that THC does.

The research around CBD is endless, there are studies that showcase the different benefits of CBD for certain medical conditions along with certain health benefits.

We carry soft chews, chocolates, tablets, sugars, powders, oils, sprays, and capsules at GreenSpot and are frequently asked questions like, "How much should I start with?", "Should I take THC or CBD?", "What is a blended edible?", and "Do sativa and indica really matter in edible?"
